We are conveniently located in the heart of the country on the edge of the Peak District.

We are open daily from 14th - 22nd February
Then open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays until 20th March
Open daily from 20th March - 1st November

Please follow the postcode DE4 3NT which will take you to the nearest car park. It is a short riverside walk from there, just follow the signs.

We don't have our own car park. There are four main car parks in Matlock Bath. These are all run by Derbyshire Dales District Council, and therefore are all pay and display. The machines accept cash or you can pay by phone. Please note, the machines do not accept cards.
We love to welcome all visitors to the Heights, but due to the nature of the site, there are gradients that some guests may find a challenge.
Dogs are welcome on the cable cars and across the estate. They cannot go into the caverns or the restaurant.
Car Parking
The nearest car park is the Matlock Bath train station, just three minutes walk from the cable car station.
Accessibility
We love to welcome all visitors to the Heights, but due to the nature of the site not all areas are accessible.
Dogs Welcome
Dogs are welcome on the cable cars and around the estate. Dogs cannot go into the underground caverns.
Food & Drink
We have options to suit everyone, from sit down meals in the restaurant to a quick bite in the cafe. Enjoy ice cream, a cold beer, a hot chocolate or seasonal specials.
